By accessing and using Beetlebot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Beetlebot for commercial and personal purposes subject to the following restrictions:

You must not modify or copy the materials
You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Beetlebot
You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beetlebot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beetlebot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms
